announced earlier this year following the successful BIM Middle East Conference & Expo in 2019. This makes the UAE the first country in the region to host a branch of the global industry body buildingSMART International. This event is now the region’s leading and biggest event on Building Information Modelling (BIM). It attracts international representatives from all stakeholders in construction including government; municipalities; contractors; infrastructure operators; civil engineering; developers; architecture; consultants; technology providers; and industry associations.
