33 Jermyn Street is a premium commercial development located in London, United Kingdom, delivering high-quality office and retail spaces within a prominent business district. The project focuses on upgrading and optimizing building performance to meet modern commercial standards. 


The development is designed to provide efficient and high-quality interior environments within a constrained and highly serviced urban asset. 


XD House supported the project through MEP coordination, contributing to the development and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 


A BIM-led coordination strategy was implemented to manage complex service integration within restricted spatial conditions. Key challenges included system routing, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with UK standards, resulting in improved spatial efficiency, reduced clashes, and enhanced buildability.
