Manta Ray Lounge is a high-end waterfront residential development located in Queensland, Australia, forming part of a larger coastal lifestyle precinct delivered by Multiplex. The project combines premium residential units with exclusive leisure and social spaces designed to enhance coastal living experiences. 

The development is positioned within a master-planned environment that emphasizes luxury, exclusivity, and integration with the surrounding waterfront context.
