Marina Lifestyle Hotel

Project Overview

Marina Hotel in Amaala Triple Bay, situated along the West Coast of Saudi Arabia, this project comes as part of our ongoing projects in Amaala, which include key hospitality projects, medical wellness resorts, and several luxury hotels that are underway.
XD House (XDH) was appointed to provide fit-out modeling for the hotel’s guest rooms, condos, and public areas. The scope of the Marina Lifestyle Hotel project includes the fit-out of 128 guest rooms, with a focus on delivering high-quality BIM services. This includes detailed design and as-built drawings, ensuring a seamless construction process and precise coordination between all stakeholders.

SCOPE AND CHALLENGES

• BIM Modeling: Provide LOD 400 BIM modeling for guest rooms and areas.

• Shop Drawings: Develop shop drawings for 128 guest rooms.
