Moro Hub, a state-of-the-art data center in Dubai Marina, stands as the first LEED Platinum data center in the Middle East, proudly representing a partnership with Dubai Energy and Water Authority (DEWA). The distinctive design, shaped like a ‘D,’ symbolizes the strong connection between Moro and DEWA. Amidst the challenges faced during design and construction, the project navigated complexities in outer cladding, steel structure, and the dense MEP network. Over three years, meticulous computational design techniques were employed, showcasing thoughtful workflows to overcome obstacles and ensure the success of this groundbreaking initiative.
