Project Overview 

The Avenues Al Khobar is a large-scale entertainment and retail development located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, designed to deliver a premium destination for shopping, leisure, and lifestyle experiences. The project brings together multiple themed environments to create an engaging and immersive visitor experience. 

The development plays a significant role in enhancing the region’s retail and entertainment landscape through a diverse mix of commercial and public spaces. 

XD House supported the project through interior fit-out works, contributing to the delivery of coordinated and high-quality interior environments. 

A structured delivery approach was implemented to manage multiple zones, tenant interfaces, and interior coordination challenges. BIM-based coordination supported the resolution of architectural and MEP integration issues, ensuring design consistency and efficient execution.
