Project Overview
AMAALA will offer approximately 4,000 hotel rooms across 30 hotels, along with 1,200 luxury villas, apartments, and estate homes. The development will be supported by high-end retail, dining, wellness, and recreational facilities. In line with its sustainability goals, the project will be powered entirely by solar energy, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions by nearly half a million tons each year. For the Marina Village Boutique Hotel, XD House (XDH) was appointed to provide comprehensive BIM services for the fit-out modeling.
